The 3 lead ECG cable is the original cable designed for the Personal ECG monitor MD100A12 and MD100E. Just attach the ECG electrodes to your chest, snap on the leads and plug the cable to the MD100A12 or MD100E. You are ready to go.
This cable minimizes noise which results in a clean electrocardiogram reading. The ECG electrode cable works with standard ECG electrode snaps.
You would need a good contact between the ECG electrodes and your bare skin. You may need to clean the area with rubbing alcohol and remove any chest hair.
